Your the all-inclusive kit (comes with training) can be used often as you like. Options to purchase add-ons and upgrades over time are available to keep your kit relevant.
Our comprehensive package includes facilitation materials, presentations, simulations, debrief sessions, post-event surveys, and statistical reports provided to the faculty lead. It also covers equipment usage, disinfection, simulation reset, and facilitator travel (within 40 miles one way). Additionally, you will receive electronic copies of presentation slides for distribution and a 10-day follow-up support for up to 35 participants. * ^^
Extending the simulation for more in-depth learning, participant questions, expanded concepts, additional historical disaster review, and lessons learned.
If more than 35 participants or observers will be present, a per participant fee will apply. If more than 10 additional participants are present, it is recommended to provide two separate simulations to ensure maximum participant engagement.
If the host facility is more than 40 miles in one direction from Iliff and Buckley road in Aurora, CO, 80013, a per mile fee will be added for each mile over 40 miles based on the IRS mileage reimbursement on the day of the simulation.
If the host facility is more than a 2.5 hour drive one way from Iliff and Buckley road in Aurora, CO, 80013 a one night stay in a local hotel fee will apply.
If the host facility is out of state and farther away than a 4 hour drive, one way from Iliff and Buckley road in Aurora, CO, 80013, current round trip airfare, and a one night stay in a local hotel fee will be added.
*Maximum of two, four-hour simulations at one facility can be run in one day with a minimum of 1.5 hour break between simulations.
^^Kinetic Simulations will provide everything needed to facilitate OMOD. The host facility will need to make available 1 presentation room to comfortably hold all participants. A projection device (projector or large TVs) is required to display a PowerPoint presentation. Six additional breakout rooms (must be in close proximity to large room and are needed for 1.5 hrs.) equipped with enough chairs for participants.
Prices drop the more often you use the kit. Example: if you use the kit 11 times, the kit has already paid for itself. Any use more than 11 times will continually lower the overall price paid.
Includes all equipment, supplies, and travel container for everything you need to facilitate, run the simulation, debrief, and survey participants. Includes shipping costs, facilitator training guide, one 4-hour virtual training session with a Kinetic Simulations Facilitator for up to 4 facilitators, and three 15-minute virtual consults within 90 days of purchase.
Once kit is purchased, you can schedule extra virtual consultation visits with a professional Kinetic Simulations facilitator in 30 minute increments.
Each year or so, a presentation update will be offered to partners who purchased the OMOD kit. The updates will include the most up-to-date techniques, policies, and procedures for disaster preparedness and facilitator guide updates. It will include updated historical events, lessons learned, new threats, response agency policies and procedures, and updated treatment plans.
Periodically kit upgrades and add-ons will be available to partners who purchased the OMOD kit. Add-ons include interactive maps, digital resources, advanced survey collection, additional agency representation during the simulation (Media / Press, Governors Emergency Expert Epidemiological Resource Committee (GEEERC), Citizens group, political officials, etc.), and updated equipment.
Non-profit organizations may be eligible for a 10% discount off the price of purchasing an OMOD kit. Must request when you receive your price quote.
