Bryce brings a wealth of experience in healthcare, including cardiac ICU step-down nursing, outpatient surgery across various specialties (ortho, neuro, general surgery), infection control and sterile processing expertise, quality improvement and assurance, hospital-wide acute care emergency preparedness exercises, and collaboration with large hospital systems for mass outpatient vaccination clinics held at local fire stations and community centers. 

 With 15 years of experience, Bryce is well-versed in disease control, leading large outbreak investigations and response efforts, conducting outpatient and mass-immunization clinics, and organizing full-scale emergency preparedness exercises involving 18 major hospitals. As a nurse manager, Bryce has overseen immunization programs, tobacco cessation initiatives, EPSDT services, community health clinics, and nursing student clinical rotations. His expertise extends to policy and procedure development, with presentations at three national conferences, including two award-winning sessions. Notably, Bryce was appointed as the Operations Section Chief for the Public Health Incident Management Team.

 Bryce excels in various educational roles, including in-class didactic lecture delivery, precepting in clinical settings, and serving as affiliate faculty. Bryce has expertise in designing and implementing nursing curricula, as well as orientation training programs for healthcare providers. Utilizing modern learning and development technology, Bryce has developed e-learning courses on topics like social determinants of health, suicide prevention, and care management. Bryce is skilled in remote learning and facilitation, conducting webinars, and managing learning management systems.
